At Brights Nest, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
